Dear National Lambretta Clubs,
The Lambretta scooter club of France is very proud to welcome you in the heart of Provence in the south of France.
With this letter we officially invite you to the EuroLambretta Jamboree 2013 in France.
Please read the rules and information about the event carefully and feel free to contact me if you require any further information. contact.club@lambretta-france.com
National club info sheet:
The entries should be filled out and the fee be paid in advance before the 15th of March 2013. All subscriptions should be made through the national Lambretta clubs.
In a few days time, you will receive an Excel spreadsheet which needs to be filled in by each club‘s organizing committee. The spreadsheet will be used to manage the ticket allocation and payment. As always, tickets are only to be sold to members of your national club. Total numbers attending must be confirmed before 15th of March 2013.
Scooter campsite:
The scooter campsite opens for EuroLambretta Jamboree on Thursday 06 June 2013 at 14.00 and closes on Monday 10 June 2012 at 12.00, only Friday and Saturday nights are included in the Jamboree ticket.
The EuroLambretta Jamboree 2013 will take place at the following address :

The campsite is situated on an island called Ile de la Barthelasse with the view of the old city and Le Pont d’Avignon.
With an easy access by road, from North or Italy, 15 km from exit 23 Avignon Nord of the motorway A7 in the direction of Avignon Centre, then Villeneuve-Les-Avignon.
Or from Spain and Portugal, 15 km from exit 23 Remoulins of the motorway A9 in the direction of Villeneuve-Les-Avignon then Avignon Centre.

We have organized that the whole EuroLambretta Jamboree will be held inside the camping.
We will have installed a marquee tent for the reception, the meals, the dinner and the gala to avoid transportation by bus or scooters.
For this event, we have done the maximum to follow the guidelines of the EuroLambretta Jamborees traditions:
The total fee will be € 90 for adults.
Children’s tickets prices:
Children under 5 years of age are free of charge.
Children between 5 and 12 of age pay 30 euro each. The ticket price only covers food (from a kids menu). The jamboree goody bag is not included.
Children over 12 years of age pay 62 euro each. The ticket price only covers food. The jamboree goody bag is not included.
The fee will include:
- Two nights on the campsite with tent (Friday and Saturday) extra nights will cost 5 euros per person by night (to be paid for extra with the registration fee).
- Two evening meals, (Friday and Saturday)
- Two breakfasts, (Saturday and Sunday)
- Two live onstage groups and/or DJs
- Friday free Ride-out, with entry fees to visit the Motorcycle museum (approx 20 kms from camping) and others places.
- Saturday, main Ride-out with a cultural feature, typical of the region
- Some kind of souvenir pack
- Activities such as gymkhanas, etc.
- Workshop under canvas shelter to repair scooters (”service station”)
- Village for all Lambretta Clubs (club stalls)
- Breakdown service to bring back non-drivable scooters at ride-outs .
Caravan / motorhome campsite available:
For all your stay, there will be an extra charge for caravans and motorhomes, which is 10 euros per vehicle and night, electrical connection is included (to be paid for extra with the registration fee).
For alternative accommodation, several hotels, B&Bs or other facilities in the neighborhood are available.

Le oche si muovono solo ed esclusivamente in lambra a cavallo della strada altrimenti che gusto c'è andare in giro con furgoni

| da tutti i lambretta club stranieri ho ricevuto le newsletters che ricordano l evento, la data di scadenza per l iscrizione etc etc. Qualcuno mi sa dire perche nulla esce dalla sala del presidente del L C d ITALIA? Cosa fa il L C d I per informare dell evento europeo? Ho il ragionevole sospetto che qualche cosa apparira sul notiziario(non ne sono certo) ma sicuramente dopo che le iscrizioni saranno chiuse ! tino |

| No!, non sono in letargo!!! Simone ha inserito tutte le informazioni sul sito LCI il 16 gennaio (compreso il modulo d'iscrizione e gli alberghi). Ma ho la sensazione che siano più interessati a pubblicizzare il raduno nazionale di Roma, che, cadendo troppo a ridosso di quello di Avignone, rischia un fiasco solenne. Infatti è chiaro che, se io intendo andare ad Avignone, rinuncio a quello di Roma... (e così ho deciso di iscrivermi autonomamente bypassando il LCI). Certo che l'efficienza francese e tedesca si stanno rivelando eccezionali, invidiabili: mi sono arrivati ragguagli e informazioni dettagliate e perfino l'elenco dei già iscritti del LCD. Questo tempismo ce lo sogniamo da parte del coordinamento nazionale LCI... o siamo noi lambrettisti che pretendiamo troppo? Erminio |

| lora vale per te e per tutti i lambrettisti, quindi anche per quelli del nord est che si recheranno ad Avignone, potranno trovare qui un punto di assistenza e ristoro mentre qualora ci fosse la necessita potremo essere d aiuto lungo il percorso sia come riparazione che recupero. Forniremo l itinerario e i numeri di cellulare a chi vorra usufruire di questo servizio assolutamente gratuito e senza chiedere alcuna tessera.Le iscrizioni allo JAMBOREE dovranno essere regolate presso i rispettivi L C di riferimento.Un saluto lambrettistico tino. |
